Our Little Warriors and Beginning Kids programs develop coordination, agility, stamina along with mental focus and mind/body connection and instill a energetic "can do" attitude.
The Advanced classes for Teenagers and Young Adults provide opportunities for more challenging skills and techniques that further develop the physical skills and hone their mental approach toward continued improvement. The opportunity to be a member of the competition team also provides students access to intense training and martial arts challenges that are part of our program that has produced multiple national champions.
Adult classes provide training that improves flexibility and overall physical health. The mental aspect of the training provides healthy avenues for dealing with everyday stress.
